Terms of Service

An order is confirmed when payment is successfully received. Prices are shown in TRY; taxes and delivery fees are stated at checkout. Incorrect address or contact details are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery date and time slot are selected at checkout. Same-day delivery depends on product, city and order time. Delays due to weather, traffic or force majeure will be communicated.

Orders not yet in preparation may be cancelled. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations after preparation may not be accepted. For quality issues contact support within 24 hours with a photo.

Images are representative; seasonal flowers may vary slightly. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Cyprus law applies to disputes.
